Don Southerton has a long history offering Korean business strategy and consulting services to firms across the globe. This includes long-term support for many major Korean groups and international brands as well as governments agencies. He is seen as the “go-to” expert on all Korean business matters.

This has included supporting Western companies looking at Korea as well as offering trade advisory services to Korean companies seeking entry to the U.S. markets to set up new business, manufacturing, and sales operations.

Investing in the United States and key markets has several advantages. The U.S. continues to enjoy its position as the world’s largest economy. And, the top global FDI market.

Companies considering relocation and expansion to the U.S. market will find a favorable investor environment with regulations and available economic development incentives favoring companies that offer innovative services, manufacturing, and high-tech, value-added products.

We can provide:
• Identification and targeting potential go-to-market partners.
• Marketing and communication brand building through our PR, media, and trade show outreach programs (to support a consistent launch and development of the product in the market).
• Qualify international investors for FDI tax incentives and financial assistance.
• Representative and virtual office programs that provide cost-saving through our temporary management and sales business development.
• Temporary management resources include Acting Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Sales & Marketing Executives, and other services.
• Cultural Adaptation: Understanding and adapting to U.S. business culture is crucial for success. We have more than 20 years of experience providing insights into local business norms, communication styles, and relationship-building practices, fostering smoother interactions with American counterparts.
